The Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU) and the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center have launched the sixth International Student Initiatives Contest on Countering the Terrorist Ideology "Student Shield – 2026".

The contest is open for young (under 30) post-graduates and students of higher educational institutions of the CIS member-states, as well as students of colleges, cadet and Suvorov military schools, and general education schools.

Both individual and collective applications (a team of up to three people) are invited. Participants can submit an unlimited number of applications. The work must be executed in Russian.

Nominations:

– The best informational visual material (poster, brochure, leaflet, online content)

– The best literary work (essay, poem, article, etc.)

– The best video clip

– The best preventive event (scenario, lecture, methodological development)

Deadlines:

Submission of applications – until April 30, 2026

Submission of works – until May 12, 2026

The contest results will be announced on June 5, 2026 in Moscow.
