The Russian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Head of CIS ATC Evgeny Sysoev and Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Dmitry Lyubinsky on October 8, 2025.

During their meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of multilateral cooperation in countering terrorism and extremism in the CIS region. Special attention was paid to strengthening partnership between special services and foreign policy agencies. Moreover, discussions covered the prospects for development of the annual CIS inter-ministerial consultations and the CIS Conference on Countering Terrorism and Extremism acting as popular international platforms for a professional dialogue.
