Deputy Head of the CIS ATC Information and Analytical Section Anton Arefev took part in the international round table dedicated to the "Interaction of notaries and translators in the CIS area" held at the CIS Executive Committee office in Moscow on March 17, 2026.

The participants discussed the practice of implementing the new version of the Rules of Procedure for performing Notarial Acts and issues of their linguistic support.

In his intervention the Center’s representative spoke about the need to unify the rules of transcription and transliteration of names and surnames of citizens of the CIS countries.
