Dr. Yulia Berladir, chief of groups of the information and analytical section of the CIS ATC, conducted a master class for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation studying under the educational program "Financial Intelligence and Business Risk Management", in Moscow on February 20, 2026.

The event offered a discussion on modern ways of creating destructive content, including neural networks, "deep fakes" and gamification technologies, as well as mechanisms to counter the engagement of young people in terrorist and extremist activities.

Ms. Berladir informed the participants about the annual Student Shield contest focusing on creating propaganda materials to protect against destructive ideology, and stressed that effective counteraction to terrorist and extremist ideas requires systematic interstate cooperation, development of analytical tools and improvement of digital literacy of society.
