The CIS ATC's representative took part in a meeting of the editorial board of the "Border Guard of the Commonwealth" magazine, held in the Coordination Service of the Council of Commanders of the Border Troops (SKPV) in Moscow on April 21, 2026.

The event was attended by representatives of the border agencies of 5 CIS countries (the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Tajikistan), the SKPV Coordination Service, the CIS Executive Committee, the Bureau for Coordinating the Fight on Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Types of Crimes in the CIS member-states, the CIS ATC, and the International Union of Public Associations of the border guard service veterans.

The participants discussed the implementation of the Thematic Publication Plan for 2026-2027, the publication of materials dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Council of Commanders of the Border Troops, as well as other issues of interaction in the preparation of materials for the magazine.

The members of the editorial board made a number of proposals to popularize the SKPV periodicals and increase their circulation, expand the practice of publishing articles and reports by heads of border agencies and veteran organizations.

In her statement, the Center's representative highlighted the current status of cooperation between the CIS ATC and the SKPV Coordination Service in the information sphere, as well as measures of improvement.
