The CIS ATC delegation took part in the Ninth International Scientific and Practical Conference on Information Law and Legal Support of Information Security "Bachilov Readings", which was held at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences on February 5, 2026.

The event was attended by scientists and practitioners from leading law schools of the Russian Federation and CIS member-states, representatives of public authorities, business and civil society.

The conference discussed development of legislation in the information sphere, digital sovereignty and international information law, and improvement of the national and international information security system.

Chief of group of the CIS ATC information and analytical section Ms. Yulia Berladir made a statement on "Strategic communications and anti-terrorist discourse in the post-Soviet space (legal aspects)".
