The CIS ATC’s delegation led by Deputy Head Mr. Abdykadyr Razaev took part in the XX All-Russian Specialized Forum “Modern Security Systems – Antiterrorism,” held under the auspices of the National Antiterrorism Committee in Krasnoyarsk from May 20 to 22, 2026.

The event brought together representatives of federal and regional authorities, law enforcement agencies, special services, scientific and educational institutions, international organizations, and public associations.

The sidelines of the forum hosted a practical conference on “Countering Terrorist Ideology: Directions for Improving Preventive Activities”. During the conference, experts discussed practical aspects of implementing the Comprehensive Plan to Counter Terrorist Ideology in the Russian Federation for 2024–2028, current challenges in improving the quality of preventive work, and the use of effective methods and best practices in this area. Special attention was given to strengthening information and outreach activities.

During the conference, Mr. Razaev delivered a presentation on “Countering the Terrorist Ideology in the CIS Region.”
