A meeting of the executives of CIS ATC, NSC of the Republic of Kazakhstan and SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in the CIS ATC headquarters on July 15, 2026.

During the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction that their long-standing, fruitful cooperation enables the achievement of concrete, positive results across all key areas of joint activity and continues to develop steadily. Evgeny Sysoev highlighted the significant contribution made by the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic to counter-terrorism cooperation of the Commonwealth and emphasized the consistently high level of representation by the competent authorities at the international events organized by the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center.

At the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing their partnership across all key areas of activity, paying particular attention to deepening cooperation in the operational-coordination, information-analysis, and research-education spheres. They reviewed the results of the "Commonwealth-Antiterror 2025" joint counter-terrorism exercise involving the competent authorities of CIS member-states, and examined key points of organization of counter-terrorism forums in the Republic of Belarus (2026) and the Republic of Kazakhstan (2027).

In conclusion, the parties expressed confidence in the further strengthening of collective efforts to ensure security within the CIS.
