The event was attended by representatives of the competent authorities of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of India, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as SCO RATS Executive Committee and CSTO Joint Staff.

During the exercise, the special battalion of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the anti-terrorist units of Belarus and Uzbekistan displayed their joint actions to successfully conduct operations to identify and eliminate terrorist groups in the border area, as well as neutralize terrorists and release hostages at transport facilities and in the settlement.

The events held within the framework of the exercise showed high combat training and readiness of the units of the Iranian law enforcement agencies, as well as the anti-terrorist units of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan to perform their tasks in a difficult operational environment.
