A meeting took place in Moscow between Head of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center Mr. Evgeny Sysoev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation H.E. Yuri Seliverstov, on September 14, 2026.

During the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction that long-standing and productive cooperation between the Center and Belarusian competent authorities continues to yield tangible, positive results across all key areas of joint activity.

The executives paid close attention to the final preparations for the upcoming CIS-SCO Counter-Terrorism Forum, scheduled to be held in Belarus on October 7-8 this year. Invitations to the forum have been extended to representatives from 28 states, 17 bodies of the CIS and SCO, and 10 international organizations.

Concluding the meeting, the heads of the diplomatic and international missions expressed firm confidence in the need to further scale up joint efforts across the CIS region.

To mark the occasion, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus made an entry in the CIS ATC's Book of Honoured Guests.
