The Head of CIS Anti-Terrorism Center Mr. Evgeny Sysoev held a meeting with the official representative of the Ministry of National Security of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation Mr. Dovran Kovusov at the CIS ATC headquarters on December 29, 2025.

 During the meeting, the parties summed up the results of cooperation between the CIS ATC and the Ministry of National Security of Turkmenistan in countering terrorism and extremism achieved in 2025 and discussed the prospects for developing anti-terrorist cooperation between the competent authorities in 2026 under the Turkmenistan’s presidency in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
