The CIS ATC delegation took part in the 12th meeting of the standing expert working group of the CIS ATC, the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS and the CSTO Secretariat which was held in Moscow on January 30, 2026.
The participants exchanged information on new elements of the situation in the field of countering terrorism and extremism and trends of its development, as well as on countries’ cooperation in this area.
The participants also focused on operation and development of collective use information systems and discussed regional experience in countering terrorist use of small arms and light weapons, improvised explosive devices and unmanned aerial systems.
The next meeting of the group is scheduled for the 2nd half of 2026 in the SCO RATS Executive Committee.
