The chief of legal group of the CIS ATC took part in the 31st meeting of the Expert Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly and Regional Communication Association Commonwealth held in St. Petersburg on May 29, 2026.

The meeting reviewed a Plan of Actions for implementation of the Concept of the state system for countering illegal acts committed with use of information and telecommunication technologies, considered the information on the State Standard of the Republic of Belarus "Artificial Intelligence. Terms and definitions", discussed approaches to the development of draft Recommendations on the legal regulation of metaverses (digital space) for the CIS countries, elaborated proposals to take into account the national experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the acts of CIS law and the laws of the Commonwealth countries, and instructed to consider the inclusion of the CIS ATC representative into the IPA CIS–RCA Expert Council.
