A representative of the CIS ATC took part in a meeting of the Permanent Commission on Socio-Economic and Legal Issues of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, held on October 6, 2025 in St. Petersburg.
The meeting participants discussed the draft Program for the convergence and harmonization of national legislation for 2026-2030 and the plan for preparations for the 20th anniversary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
Special attention was paid to creating conditions for educating the younger generation in the tradition of cultural and historical values and historical memory intrinsic to the peoples of the CSTO countries, as well as countering destructive information influence that undermines the foundations of sovereignty, security and national identity.
The meeting participants also reviewed the draft CSTO model law "On the Status of International Employees" and the Assembly's work plan for 2026.
