From May 26 to 29, 2026, the Moscow Region hosted the First International Security Forum held under the auspices of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
The Forum brought together representatives of 145 countries and international organizations and served as a venue for open discussion and constructive exchange of views on a wide range of issues, including the preservation and protection of traditional spiritual and moral values, as well as countering terrorism and extremism.
The CIS ATC delegation, led by First Deputy Head Mr. Sabyrzhan Ungarbayev, took part in the 14th Annual Meeting of High Representatives for Security Matters and in the round table on “International Cooperation in the Field of Information Security.”
Deputy chief of the Center’s information and analytical section also joined a round table on the development of international cooperation in countering the spread of radical ideology and made a statement on the consolidation of the efforts of Commonwealth countries in deradicalization, highlighting the key areas of joint work in this area.
